Lone Star Roof Group is operated by Stellar Digital. We are a free service that connects Texas homeowners with one independent local roofer. We are not a contractor.
What we collect
- What you enter: name, phone number, home address, ZIP code and your answers about the roof.
- When you agreed to be contacted, and the page you sent your request from.
- Basic technical data: pages visited, device and browser, and approximate location from your IP address.
- Advertising data: cookies and pixels from Meta that show whether an ad led to a request.
How we use it
- To match your request with one roofer who works in your area.
- To call or text you about your request, if you agreed to that on our form.
- To check that requests are real and keep the service working.
- To measure how our ads perform.
Who we share it with
- One independent local roofer, when you agree to that on our form. We share your name, phone number, address and answers so they can call you and quote the job. That roofer handles your details under their own policies.
- Service providers that run our website, customer records, texts and advertising. They only use your details to do that work for us.
- Authorities, when the law requires it.
We don't sell your details, and we don't send your request to several contractors.
Calls and texts
- If you tick the box on our form, Lone Star Roof Group may call or text you about your roof request. We may also share your details with one independent local roofer, who may also call or text you.
- Some calls and texts may be automated.
- Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
- Reply STOP to stop our texts at any time. Reply HELP for help. To stop calls or texts from the roofer, tell the roofer as well.
- Agreeing is not a condition of buying anything.
- Apart from the one roofer you agreed to on our form, we don't share your mobile number or your text consent with any third party or affiliate for their marketing.
Your choices
You can ask us to see, correct or delete your details, or to stop sharing them. Email help@lonestarroofgroup.com and we will reply within 30 days.
How long we keep it
We keep request details only as long as we need them for the purposes above, and to meet legal and record-keeping duties.
Age
Our service is for adults who own a home. We don't knowingly collect details from anyone under 18.
Changes
We will post any changes on this page with a new date.
